  4. Philosophy. The branch of metaphysics that studies the soul, the mind, and the relationship of life and mind to the functions of the body.

One of the most important things to do when working with humans is to understand how the human mind works. This is the science of psychology. Where better to start than yourself! I must confess, these test are quite good, I have tried to analyze myself over a while now and this test bring it out quite well.
